These bananas are a very popular in Thailand. They are sweet n' tangy with a fluffy texture that makes for a delicious ice cream. You can commonly find these bananas being cooked over coals in wet markets throughout South East Asia but you don't need to cook them, they are delicious out of hand!

Grown in Florida and Mexico.

When is it ripe? We like to wait until these bananas are super ripe, kinda spotty, and soft to the touch.

How do I eat it? Peel open like you would a normal banana. Chop and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Please note that no outside food or beverages are allowed at the farm.
